Privacy Policy

This notice explains, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), how Progetto 2 S.r.l. processes the personal data of visitors to the progetto2.it website and of people who contact us.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

Contact and quotation requests

When you fill in the “Request a consultation” or “Request a quote” form, or write to info@progetto2.it, call us or contact us on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide: first and last name, company, email address, telephone number (optional), type of project, project description and anything you write in your message.

• Purpose: to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and manage the follow-up contacts.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in following up on the contacts we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Provision of data: the fields marked as mandatory are needed to reply to you; without them we cannot handle your request.

Please do not include unnecessary data in your message, in particular health data or other special categories of data.

Visit statistics (only with your consent)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate statistics on how the site is used. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page, without any effect on your browsing. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Technical browsing data

Like any website, the servers hosting progetto2.it automatically record some technical data about requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). We use this data only to run the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Maps

On the About page the Google Maps map only loads if you click “Show the map”. From that moment Google Ireland Limited processes browsing data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

3. Who we share data with

Data is processed by authorised Progetto 2 staff and may be processed on our behalf, and only for the purposes described, by the following providers:

• the website hosting provider, with servers at Netsons s.r.l. (Italy);
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers the emails generated by the website form;
• Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4 (only with consent) and Google Maps (only on request);
• technical suppliers and consultants who maintain the website.

Data is not disclosed to the public or sold.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Google services may involve the transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission in its decision of 10 July 2023.

5. How long we keep data

• Contact and quotation requests: for as long as needed to handle them. If a request leads to a business relationship, the data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (for example 10 years for accounting records). If no relationship follows, we delete it no later than 24 months after the last contact.
• Technical copy of the emails sent by the website form: 90 days.
• Google Analytics statistics: for the period set in the Google Analytics property, and in any case no longer than 14 months.
• Technical browsing data: for as long as strictly necessary for the security of the site, unless needed to establish liability in the event of computer crimes.
• Cookies: for the durations listed in our Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a structured format (portability) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to info@progetto2.it: we will reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described.

8. Children

The site is aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

9. Changes

We may update this notice, for example if the tools used by the site change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
